The homeowner was looking for a cleaner look! Being retired, they wanted to rent out a space above them that would yield in monthly income so we had to make it look nice. The first thing we did was started working on the ceiling of the project right away! We had to sand down and do some prep work to make sure nothing was getting dirty.
